Return Policies
Due to the medical nature of the items, orthopedic braces and supports are not returnable or exchangeable.
All missing, defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped products due to sizing or pricing must be reported to OrthoSourceInc within 5 days of receipt. Defective items, incorrectly shipped products or products that have been damaged during shipment will be replaced by the identical product, subject to product availability. If the product is not available, OrthoSourceInc, at its sole discretion, will provide a refund or store credit for the defective items. No exchanges or refunds will be honored after 20 days.
