Indications:

Application:
- Fits either right or left ankle
- For cold therapy, place pack into freezer
- For heat therapy, warm pack in microwave or heat in boiling water
- Open Velcro® closures and place cold packs or hot packs in pockets
- Place support around ankle and fasten Velcro® closures to desired tension
