Indications:
- Relieves symptoms of Achilles tendonitis or Plantar Fascitis using a simple treatment option
- Reduces swelling and discomfort, enhances circulation
Application:
- May be worn on the right or left foot
- Put on sock, insert foot, toe first, into AirHeel
- Position heel in opening in back of wrap
- Position Achilles aircell over tendon (the height of the Achilles aircell may be repositioned by detaching and firmly reattaching in place)
- Lift foot off of floor and secure ankle strap
- Make sure that the foot aircell is located under the arch or foot
- Adjust Achilles heel to fit, tighten or loosen ankle strap
